Health & Safety
Ontario Equine prioritizes the health and safety of your equine. The PEMF machine and attachments are cleaned with disinfectant wipes after every use.
Travel fee begins at this location.
POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. This allows Ontario Equine to rebook your time slot with another client. As a small business, this is important.
Late cancellations are subject to half the service fee.
Rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to appointment time is considered a late cancellation and incurs half the service fee.
No-shows incur the full service fee. Late arrivals more than 30 minutes past the scheduled session time are considered no-shows.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due once services are provided at session.
All sessions must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.
Packages are purchased upfront via e-transfer or cash.
Outstanding payments must be settled prior to future sessions.
